About Elite Instrument
Over the past 25 years, WVA has worked to create new and valuable services for you and your practice. First with the Distribution and Buying Group, then Intervention Eyewear, and now Elite Instrument Company.
For the past eight years, we have been operating an optical equipment servicing and cleaning division. We have worked with Mike Rausch of Rausch Instrument in Bangor, Maine, for about three years and have acquired his customers, as he has taken an early retirement.
We have created a simple process for you to have your optical equipment cleaned and repaired. We understand that your being without your instrument can create costly downtime, so we provide loaner equipment (at no extra charge) for your clinic while yours is getting cleaned.
- Contact us: using the form we have provided on our page, or by emailing us at info@eliteinstrument.com, or by calling us at 800.747.9000 x8123.
- We will ship out a box with padding and your loaner instrument once we have confirmed the service request.
- You place your instrument into the box we sent the loaner piece in and we issue a UPS call tag to have that box picked up.
- We receive your instrument, perform the necessary cleaning and service, and ship it back to you within 7-10 business days.
- You receive your instrument in a padded box and we issue another UPS call tag for the return of the loaner instrument.
